Reading about Google after using Google all day

I'm interested to learn more about how the leaders of Google think. They seem to be thinking in a positive growth vector, and to me, thats very attractive. So I've found a book recommendation to share: The Google Way: How One Company Is Revolutionizing Management as We Know It by Bernard Girard
